Great volunteers need to be recognized.

The SOLV Citizenship Awards and Banquet were established in 1994 by SOLV and Bank of America as a unique way of recognizing volunteers from all across the state for their work to keep Oregon a treasure.

Each year, SOLV honors special Oregonians that are having a positive impact in their communities. These volunteers embody the spirit of volunteerism and community participation which is at the heart of SOLV's philosophy. Nominees are chosen on a statewide basis, and need not be involved with SOLV programs to be nominated. Winners are selected by independent committees and honored at our Annual Citizenship Awards Banquet in the fall.
