To register, you must complete both the Volunteer Information and Waiver & Safety Information sections of this form.
Please note that SOLV removes the online waiver form from the registration page 3 days before tree plantings and the Spring Beach Cleanup and one day before other projects.
- Over 18: Each volunteer over 18 should fill out his/her own volunteer & waiver & safety sections of this form
- Under 18: A volunteer under 18 can register themselves, but must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver & safety sections of the form
- Families: Each volunteer over 18 (parent or guardian) must register separately. One parent or guardian can list a group of minors in the space provided under Waiver & Safety Information.
- Organized Groups: If your group is registered below, each group member over 18 must fill out his/her own volunteer & waiver & safety sections of this form. If the group name is not listed please wait to register and contact your group leader. For group members under 18, an authorized adult should complete the Volunteer Information section for themselves, then list the minors in the space provided below under waiver & safety Information.
