Dairy Creek Planting Day

Join SOLVE & Tree For All to help us reach our goal of planting 1 Million Trees in 1 Year! Tree for All is a community partnership of cities, nonprofits, farmers, volunteers and others who have joined hands (and shovels) to plant four million native trees and shrubs along the Tualatin River and its tributaries. Join us at this special event and see first-hand how a few hours on a Saturday can result in improved water quality, increased wildlife habitat and carbon storage to slow climate change. No experience is necessary, tools and gloves will be provided on site. Refreshments will be available at 8:30, we encourage volunteers to arrive early to mingle with community members and learn more about SOLVE and Tree For All before planting begins at 9 am. Feel free to bring your own water bottles to stay hydrated. This can be messy work, so please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.
